From the lush hills of Huila, Colombia, this coffee is decaffeinated with care using a natural sugarcane-derived process. Green coffee is gently steamed to open its pores, allowing caffeine to be slowly removed while preserving the sweetness and clarity of the cup.

The result is a clean, balanced, and full-flavoured decaf — rich in character, smooth in body, and true to its Colombian origin. A comforting cup for any time of day.

Roasted about a month ago and ready to brew right now. Many would argue coffee at this age is in its sweet spot — past the initial CO2 off-gassing and settled into its full flavor.

We've tested our coffees up to 3 months post-roast and they still taste great, so you've got plenty of runway. We're discounting these heavily so they move while they're at their best, not because there's anything wrong with them.
