Refund policy
At Bodega Coffee Roasters, we take great care in sourcing, roasting, and packing every order. Because our coffee is a fresh, perishable product crafted in small batches, all sales are considered final once an order has been fulfilled.
We will only consider a return or refund in the following cases:
- You received the wrong item (different product or variant than what you ordered)
- Your order arrived with visibly damaged packaging that compromised the product (e.g., crushed, punctured, or unsealed bags)
- Your order arrived incomplete (missing items from your confirmed order)
To be eligible, you must contact us at hello@bodegacoffeeroasters.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained. You will be required to provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging as received.
We reserve the right to assess each claim on a case-by-case basis. If your claim is approved, we will either reship the correct item or issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstance.
