Kalsada is one of the pioneer specialty coffee producers in the Philippines. They aim not only to produce excellent coffee but also to provide fair wages and good working conditions to encourage the next generation of coffee growers. Sitio Belis has a rich sweetness with a gentle malic acidity. We taste apple, pear, cherry, almond and caramel.

Roasted about a month ago and ready to brew right now. Many would argue coffee at this age is in its sweet spot — past the initial CO2 off-gassing and settled into its full flavor.

We've tested our coffees up to 3 months post-roast and they still taste great, so you've got plenty of runway. We're discounting these heavily so they move while they're at their best, not because there's anything wrong with them.
