A special blend used by Kyle and Jheam to win 1st and 2nd place at the 2026 Quezon Barista Competition.
Both coffees are produced by the Loon Family in Mt Apo. The 60% Anaerobic Natural gives it brightness, and tropical and yellow stone fruit notes while the 40% Natural rounds it out lending sweetness, body and chocolate notes.
This blend was formulated for espresso but can be used for filter as well.
